BeagleBone MSTP Cape

MSTP Cape provides a Dual Stepping Motor Controller and Driver for the BeagleBone boards. The MSTP board contains its own MSP430 Micro-controller and two DRV8825 Micro-Strepping Motor Controller. The interface to the BeagleBone card is via SPI. It can also be used is a stansalone mode with interface via RS232.(An external RS232 driver is required) The MSTP Cape supports the two stackable 46 pin headers; however, due to the connection to the motors and HV, the card is designed to be a top cape. The MSTP Cape supports the EEPROM for cape definitions and pin mixing configuration.
