EBC Accessing BeagleBone File System via Host

Instead of accessing the BeagleBone's file system through the terminal, you can view it through your hosts file manager.

Connecting to the Bone through Nemo's UI

The particular example shown was done through Linux Mint 17 with Nemo but I'm sure you with clever adjustments, this will work on any system and any file manager. This is what I did the first time around and it works great for me!

1. Go into File and under the menu, go under Connect to Server...

2. Fill out the information to connect to the BeagleBone. The setting's I used are shown in the picture below.

That's all their is to it! You should be hooked up and able to see the entire Bone's file system.

If you want, add a bookmark. If you do so, you will only need to click on the bookmark and nothing more to connect to the BeagleBone again!
