Remove the three screws holding the cartridge together. With the blade remove the top standoff from the cartridge front half.
Use sandpaper or a file to make sure the standoff is now flush with the cartridge edge. If you don't have a wide soldering iron tip you can carefully cut the ROM package from the pins then de-solder them one at a time. Cleanup any extra solder with the solder-wick.
