I am a Senior Business Systems Analyst with over 20 years experience in the areas of project management, business systems analysis and system integration. I have expertise on several different technical platforms and a variety of business applications. I also have a strong background of integrating and implementing packaged and legacy systems. Having demonstrated success as a Manager/Supervisor/Team Lead, Project Leader and Business Systems Analyst, I have managed technical outsourced Desktop/Networking/Telecom teams from four to eight people, as well as project leadership including vendor, end-user, regional and corporate representatives.
