There are a few Dragonbaords
One is the Snapdragon_S3_(Scorpion) Mobile Development Platform (MDP) developed by Qualcomm [1] and manufactured and sold by B-Square [2] . It is primarily focused on Android 2.3 development, but is a supported ARM MSM device in the Linux kernel with the name msm8660_surf[3].
