The Dragonbaord is a Snapdragon_S3_(Scorpion) Mobile Development Platform (MDP) developed by Qualcomm and manufactured and sold by B-square [1] . It is primarily focused on Android 2.3 development, but is a supported ARM MSM device in the Linux kernel with the name msm8660_surf[2].
