Embedded Linux Wiki

The purpose of this wiki is to preserve and present information about the use of Linux in embedded systems. The primary target audience is developers, engineers, managers, hobbyists and others who are involved with putting Linux into embedded systems.

To use this wiki, click on one of the portal links below. The top box of (small) icons are for general information about this site, and related resources. The other portal links will take you to lists of resources, or collections of information, you can use to tackle problems in the particular area referred to. For example, if you have a problem with boot up time of your embedded Linux system, click on "Boot Time". You can also see a list of all the pages on this site.

Monthly Feature : Embedded Linux Conference videos and report

From April 15th to April 17th was held the fourth edition of Embedded Linux Conference in Mountain View, California. More than fifty talks covered a wide range of topics, such as power management, debugging techniques, system size reduction, flash filesystems, embedded distributions, realtime, graphics and video, security, etc. Free Electrons has published videos of nineteen talks and an extensive report of the conference.
