The OpenLink™ community provides open, comprehensive access to Texas Instruments' connectivity technology drivers. As a one-stop-shop for resources, support, product information and more, this community provides a centralized location to make connectivity-related designs more efficient, timely and distinctive.

WLAN

The OpenLink solution for wireless chips is already fully released with the mainline Linux kernel. Currently it support the WL1271, WL1273, WL1281 and WL1283 chips.

If you want to start working with embedded wireless LAN on Linux, the PandaBoard is the recommended option. You can run the whole WLAN solution using the latest upstream kernel. For cutting edge development, you can use the linux-wireless git tree or the wl12xx git tree.
