NOTE: This Cape is currently not in production.
If and when demand for this Cape is sufficient for
a new production run, it will be made available again.
The BeagleBone 128Mb 16-Bit NOR Module is used with the BeagleBone Memory Expansion to provide NOR Flash memory for BeagleBone. This module features a 128Mb NOR Flash memory with 16-bit data width. The memory device operates at 3.3V and requires GPMC_AD[15..0] signals and additional GPMC_A[7..1] address lines. The BeagleBone 128Mb 16-Bit NOR Module is installed on top of the BeagleBone Memory Expansion Cape via a 40-position header and 40-position socket.
Note: The BeagleBone 128Mb 16-Bit NOR Module is only a memory module. It requires to be installed on a BeagleBone Memory Expansion Cape to work with BeagleBone.
