- Let me suggest to *take cash with you*, because I noticed that lot of Belgium restaurants refuse to accept separates card payments (I suspect they want to avoid extra commissions from foreign cards ?)
- Note that we reserved for 30 persons (based on the poll).
  - The place can host a more persons, but there is no guarantee. If we're too many, community will have to divide into other smaller self managed groups. After all this is up to community to decide :-).

We need an accurate head-count to book the place, so if unsure please use comment field.

If we're too much than we can handle in one place, sub groups for the dinner will need to be created. We'll rejoin then in the bar.

For the restaurant, we're looking right now at/for places within walking distance from FOSDEM / ULB.

For the bar, we're looking for your suggestions (local ppl: places you do recommend?)

Plan is to be either close to ULB again (walking distance from restaurant) or in downtown.
