Android BSP build process is stopped by syntax error of "build/make/tools/merge-event-log-tags.py"

It may be caused by Python3.
Android P BSP supports python2 only.
So, please check that the result of 'python -V' is "python 2.7.x" on your build PC.
(Confirmed environment: Ubuntu 16.04)
