Simple Pre-Compliance Testing Rig

Overview

Not having the resources of a large corporation to do FCC Part 15 pre-compliance testing, we needed a simple and low cost rig to do basic pre-compliance testing. This has taken the form of an aluminium covered box, grounded, that we place the DUT into, along with a testing probe from Beehive Electronics. We use an RFExplorer for the spectrum analyzer, and some python code that interfaces to the explorer to extract the data and plot the results.
