back up SREC files

Hello, Because I am Japanese, so I might write strange English. but please forgive me

I am using H3SK and want to update the firmware, but just in case, I would like to back up the file before rewriting. I tried to back up with a debugger accessing the CPU via JTAG, but I Couldn't. The function of the minimonitor is used collectly, and some of the rewriting of the firmware is going well. Is there any way to back up SREC files by using function such as mini monitors?

I am glad if someone can answer.

(Sorry for late reply)
I don't know how to back up SREC files using MiniMonitor.
But, please always use new SREC files.
