So this page has not been updated for a while. I found it just now and we (I) could collect some info here. The circuit diagram is useful but we (i) would need to know how to use it -> max capacity cell size -> how to modify for cells in series etc without having to search for datasheets by oneself. I use, as many of use do I suspect, LiIon chargers in various forms.
As you can see the device is passed it's end of life and, only, supports one cell. I think it useful to check this stuff out in order to know what to look for in 2014.
